Rise the F Up Program is a  transformation journey for high-achieving women stuck in narcissistic relationship cycles, who want to reclaim their power in their personal life and be Unf*ckwithable.

On the other side, you'll receive:

• 2x monthly 90 minute group coaching calls: Expert guidance and support for your individual needs
• Weekly Voxer (walkie-talkie app) direct support from me, on the weeks where there is no coaching call
• Private online group space to connect, support, celebrate and inspire each other
• Full and instant access to resource library of materials like ; Badass Boundaries digital course, Inner Child and Inner Critic Masterclasses, recommendations for books, music, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, NLP guides and abuse advocacy education 
• Access to ALL of the courses and resources that will be launched over the period of the next year
• Replays of coaching calls available. All questions will be pre-submitted, so everyone can receive support, even if you cannot make all the calls live.  

While the monthly plan gives you a chance to unsubscribe at any time, I want to invite you to join only if you're ready to COMMIT to making the changes happen. It usually takes a minimum of 6 months to go through some of the key teachings! 

👉 There are 6 main areas to focus on (especially tailored for women who have experienced abuse - trauma informed)  - Inner Child, Inner Critic, Intuition (to encompass spiritual and energetics in addition), Boundaries, Somatic & Nervous System Practices for healing, Abuse Dynamics Education. Showing up and committing to yourself; even if it gets hard..long enough to learn, practice and master how to stop the cycle for good - is a critical way you teach your whole system and all the versions of you - that you are worth care, attention, focus and love. 

👉 It is also not an overnight process. Anyone who says it is - does not know abuse trauma first hand. It is long enough for you to shift through YOUR real time, real life happenings and awakenings, with on-hand expert help in your pocket, and a support system of loving peers. In this safe and sacred space, all those inside resonate with what you’ve been through (that society largely does not understand)...and it is beautiful. 

There are no refunds. If payments are missed, any current programs will be suspended until payments are back in good standing.

If you are paying through a payment plan, you are responsible for completing each payment for the year, regardless of your personal participation level. This is to help you stay accountable to yourself (lovingly of course). When people have endlessly disappointed you - YOU must be the one. The one who keeps promises and honors to your (sweet) self.
